+ Can we choose black and white or colour photos?
Our fully interactive, easy to use touch screen system allows the users to choose between black and white, sepia or colour photos for each sitting.
+ Can you provide customised prints?
Yes, we can customise the print background and include the event details on if you wish, we can also offer any background using our new 'custom' section (must be pre-arranged).
We work with you in great detail for our 'Magic Mirror' prints to ensure the perfect print for your event.
+ Can you set the photo booth/ mirror up early and return later to run it?
We can arrange early set up, perhaps prior to guest arrival, dinner or similar. Due to increased 'idle' hours there would be an additional cost please contact us for a quote.
+ Do we get to keep all the photos after the event?
Yes, you will receive a USB with all the individual images on after the event, these are usually provided at the end of the hire but in some cases you may need to allow 14 days for delivery.
+ Do you offer custom backgrounds?
Yes! We are able to superimpose your choice of background using our green screen technology.
+ Do you supply a prop box?
Yes we offer a free prop box for your guests to use packed full of hats, wigs, props and fun!
+ How do we pay?
We require a £50 non refundable deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining amount being due one month prior to the event. Upon receipt of the deposit an invoice will be sent to you detailing all the necessary information; we will then contact you one month prior to the final payment date for the remaining amount. We accept credit card/debit card payments over the telephone; we can also provide the details for online BACs transfers. Any interim payments must be made in an online BACs transfer due to charges we receive on our payment system.
+ How long does it take to set up?
We usually require one hour set up time just to be safe.
+ How long does the photo booth/ Magic Mirror run for?
Minimum hire starts at 2 hours but we can provide as many hours hire as required - see 'photo booth hire'.
+ How many people can fit in the booth?
The photo booths can easily accommodate 3 seated with 2 more in front.
+ How many photos are included during the hire?
We offer unlimited visits to the booth/ mirror and everyone that uses the booth will get a copy of their crazy-pix!
+ How much do the machines cost?
All quotations are tailor-made to your individual needs dependent on location of events and timescales etc.

+ My venue has requested a risk assessment and PAT test certificate?
We are happy to supply you with a copy of our risk assessment for our machines along with a copy of our PAT test certificate.
+ What about insurance?
We carry £5m public liability insurance (copies available on request).

+ What quality are the photos and print?
The photos are all high quality digital images, our photos are all printed on commercial dye sublimination printers which are instantly dry, durable, and will not fade or damage.
+ Who looks after the photo booth/ mirror?
Our photo booths/ mirrors are supplied complete with fully trained attendants/attendant who will not only set up the booth but stay in attendance to assist, facilitate and ensure the photo booth runs smoothly, they will also manage the guestbook for you.
+ Can we choose the frames on the Magic Mirror?
The mirror is slightly different to the booths in that we must know what you require to be written on the prints beforehand. This information has to be input on the mirror's computer before your booking. We will contact you to ask what you would like written on the prints and you can request any specific frames at this point, we will always do our best to accommodate your wishes.
